Provides legal assistance to individuals and entities in the main areas of criminal law, with particular attention to environmental crimes, bankruptcy crimes, crimes against persons and property, and offenses related to violations of safety regulations.

Also engages in out-of-court consulting and drafting and implementing Organizational Models within the framework of administrative liability of entities due to crime pursuant to Legislative Decree. no. 231/2001.
