He also deals with arbitrations, real estate transactions, and complex contracts in general, both domestic and international.

Collaborator and lecturer at various Italian universities in the fields of Civil Law and Private Law Institutions, as well as in various teaching courses for preparing for bar and judiciary exams, and training and refresher courses for professional orders.
He was a member of the commission established by the Lombardy Region, Health Department, on the transparency of relations and legislative acts.

He has participated as a speaker at various conferences and is the author of several monographs and numerous articles.
